The staff was very helpful and solved our issues in a pleasing manner. Especially, MR. Jayprakash in the restaurant, I asked for breakfast to be sent to our room and MR. Jayprakash chose a good assortment of dishes. The daytime security guard and the receptionists were also very helpful in making the stay a pleasant one.

Firstly, I would say awesome experience at Fern residency. Stay was very comfortable this all because of the housekeeping staff who was just a call away. If I talk about the food it was also great specially at breakfast buffet with so many different options. Many thanks to the chef and rest fern' s staff who make our stay comfortable.

Location . Good food. Love the freshly brewed masala chai. Staff were great and welcoming in the restaurant area. The manager was very attentive. Was very touched on last day to get some mithai delivered to my room.
